Lean Mining was founded in 2023. Its founders bring more than thirty years of hands-on experience as Maintenance Managers, Superintendents and Asset Reliability personnel, in both large and small mining companies — and the company exists to put that experience to work for other operations.
We deliver business objectives through tailored, well-supported whole-of-life asset management solutions and specialised labour. That practical insight is why we do not stop at identifying value-adding initiatives: we support every stage of implementation, and we make sure what we leave behind is something your team can actually maintain.
